    • Schedule special order items.
    • Once the special order materials are ordered, we will be in contact with the homeowner and schedule a time to collect the next payment per the pay schedule.
    • If there is no special order materias, we will contact you immediately after ordering the regular materials to be delivered.
    • We will also be meeting our crews on site to go over plans and start getting everyone familiar with the project.

  • During the project:
    • It is very important that all communication goes through the project manager or his assistant if he is not available. Please refrain from talking about projects with our team members.
    • It is also against our policy for our team to do work for our customers outside of Pegram Builders. We will be happy to discuss any future work large or small.
  • Nearing Completion of Project:
    • Within the last 2 days of the project we would like to schedule a walk-through with you while our team is still there, in order to make sure we have taken care of any final touches while they are still there.
